Directions
Drink 8 to 12 servings of water every day. An individual has to avoid use of any alcoholic and toxic substances at least 48 hours priors to consumption of Vale's Solution 4X. It is recommended to eat light meals consisting of cereals, dry toast and crackers, 3 hours prior to consumption of this product. Drink 2 of 12 ounces servings of water before consuming the solution. It is advisable to shake the Vale's Solution 4X bottle well before use, and gulp it immediately. It's better cold! For next 30 minutes, keep on drinking 16 to 20 ounces of water.
